The Pinoy Overseas Workers’ Education and Reintegration (POWER) Technical Training Centre recently held its first Commencement Exercises at the Royal Rose Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
In attendance was Vice Consul Anna Guerra, Orient MCT CEO Nauman Zafar Ahmad, Orient MCT Partner Nassir Ahmed, POWER CEO Jamebel Mahan, POWER Chairman Juan Paolo Arao, with over 70 graduates in various technical skills and courses such as Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Document Controller, Dressmaking, Caregiving, Massage Therapy, Accounting, Office Administration, Bookkeeping, Web Development, Events Management, and more.
“(we extend our) appreciation to the trainers and all those behind the Pinoy Overseas Workers’ Education and Reintegration. Your untiring efforts and dedication ensure that your students continue to obtain excellent certifications in various fields. We are hopeful that you will continue to empower learners with knowledge and skills that will not only contribute to the good reputation of Filipinos as among the most skilled and competent workers, but also more importantly to make them globally competitive,” – said Vice Consul Anna Guerra as she relayed the message of Philippine Ambassador to the UAE H.E. Hjayceelyn Quintana during the event.
